Both Travis and I are still rocking our iPhone 4 cellphones.
If you are anything like the AT&T dude we spoke to, you are probably staring at the computer screen (or your much newer phone) with a look of shock. Because apparently having an iPhone 4 is like having an old school car phone or something.
However, my feelings are that as long as the phone still works, I might as well keep using it until it dies. And our iPhone 4’s have done their job for a few years now… but now their time for this world is winding down. Actually, their batteries are winding down. They lose their charge within a half of a day and they are starting to have lots of other issues too.
We are finally ready to upgrade and we are considering either the iPhone 6 or the iPhone 6S. I’m most excited about the larger screen and the upgraded camera, but I’m sure there are lots more benefits that I just don’t know about yet.
Do you have thoughts on which version is the best – the iPhone 6 or iPhone 6S?
Since we will be pulling the trigger soon on the purchase – we are just waiting to see if any Black Friday/pre-holiday deals pop up – I reached out to my friends at Speck to see if they had anything new and fabulous to try out.

We just upgraded to the iphone 6s in September and we love it!! You can take live photos- like you take a picture and then you can hold it and see what was happening. It’s perfect for kids because you can see what was happening in the moment. We upgraded from the iphone 5 so we were almost as outdated! here are lots of upgrades even from the 6 so I would say go for the 6s and you won’t already be a model behind?
